Parts Warranty

While Scott’s Old Trucks LLC strives to provide each Buyer
of parts with the part requested and in the condition requested,
the LLC Seller cannot and does not warranty the effectiveness
or condition of the parts. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof and all parts are sold
“as is” and “with all faults”. There are no express warranties and
no implied warranties including no implied warranty of
merchantability and NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS.
Any remedy for any claim of breach of warranty, express or
implied is limited to the price paid for the goods upon return to
the Seller.
